RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 648 - VENTURA S. ARCHULETA WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado on the 25th day of August, 1982, considered the request of Ventura S. Archuleta for a mobile home to be used as a temporary dwelling during a medical hardship on the parcel of land, which is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District, more parti- cularly described as follows : Part Of the NWa, Section 25, T2N, R67W of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject to the applicant obtaining a flood hazard development permit prior to the issuance of a building permit for the mobile home because the subject property is located in a one-hundred year floodplain storm area. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Ventura S. Archuleta for permission to place a mobile home to be used as a temporary dwelling during a medical hardship on the above described parcel of land, which was found to be in compliance with the Weld County Zoning Ordinance, Section 43, be, and hereby is, granted subject to the condition above listed. Mr. Archuleta is 84 years old and has severe senile joinjoint disease and an aortic aneurysm. He has some difficulty degenerative is difficult with very unsteady on his feet and gait. yambula- tion,is extremely difficult for his wife, who is 80 years old, to take care of him at hone. His wife is in good health for someone 80 years old but also has degenerative joint disease and is somewhat frail. Therefore,to Iivi can e n close recommendhighly that the son and daughter-in-law be allowed canproximity to their elderly parents so that they help in their management, hopefully keeping the Archuleta's at hone and not making it necessary to consider nursing home placement.
