Settlement with EnCana Oil & Gas, Inc.(USA) and EnCana Energy Resources,Inc. is ongoing in Broomfield County District Court Case No. 2006 CV 148, and Petitioner is hopeful that a resolution in that case will also resolve this action as well. 5. At this point,Petitioner does not request a hearing on Immediate Possession pending further settlement negotiations with the Respondents and completion of service of process. 6.
