RE: DECLARE HOME AND HEALTH CARE SUPPLIES AS SURPLUS PROPERTY AND
AUTHORIZE SAME TO BE PUT OUT FOR SALE.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Health Department has submitted a
list of supplies that are no longer necessary for its operation,
said list is attached hereto and incorporated herein, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has studied said
list and desires to declare said supplies as surplus property and
further to authorize the sale of the supplies to health providers.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Weld County, Colorado that the supplies listed on the
attached sheets be, and hereby are, declared to be surplus .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado that the Board hereby authorizes said
supplies to be put out for sale to health providers.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 11th day of
May, A.D. , 1981.
