RE: APPOINTMENTS TO THE COMMUNICATIONS ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado Statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on March 5, 1984, the Board of County Commissioners amended the
Communications Advisory Board by-laws as recommended by the Communications
Advisory Board, and
WHEREAS, the amended by-laws restructured the membership of the
Communications Advisory Board, and
WHEREAS, three vacancies currently exist on the Communications Advisory
Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Brian Johnson, Richard Baker, and
Edward Fagler be appointed to fill the vacancies, and
WHEREAS, the following membership and terms are hereby recommended to the
Board of County Commissioners:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County hereby appoints the above membership in accordance with the
revised Communications Advisory Board by-laws for the above terms. 840870

The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 11th day of April, A.D. , 1984.
