We have recently developed an implementation schedule to complete this project and I believe that the deeds finalizing this case will be completed, signed and recorded in January,2007. The Federal parcel to be acquired by the Hahns is located within the proposed boundaries of the Cedar Creek Wind Energy project. We have had several meetings with the proponent, Greenlight Energy, Inc., and are aware of their interest in including this parcel as part of their proposed project. Barring any unforeseen circumstances, I believe this parcel will become private land and the Forest Service would not have any issues or concerns with the future management or use of the property. Until the exchange is completed and the Hahns are the owners of record,it would be best for the Company and County to portray any future development on the parcel as tentative based on the completion of the exchange.
