RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF GARY KESSLER TO THE JUVENILE COMMUNITY
REVIEW BOARD
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,a vacancy currently exists on the Juvenile Community Review Board, and
WHEREAS,it has been recommended that Gary Kessler be appointed to said board as the
Juvenile Services Planning Committee regular member representative,to replace Gus Lind, and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to appoint Gary Kessler to said board,with a term
to expire November 1, 2006.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County,Colorado,that Gary Kessler be,and hereby is,appointed to the Juvenile Community Review
Board, with a term to expire November 1, 2006.
The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 5th day of June, A.D., 2006.

Pursuant to § 19-2-211, C.R.S. and upon the recommendation of the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
IT IS ORDERED:
The following individuals are appointed to the Juvenile Services Planning Committee for
the Nineteenth Judicial District:
Gary Kessler is appointed to replace Mike Guthrie as the Municipalities Representative
and Mike Guthrie is appointed as the Community Representative.
