The undersigned certifies the ownership of their ownership of their decimal interest in production or proceeds as described above
payable by Bonanza Creek Energy Operating Company, LLC (Payor).

Payor shall be notifed, in writing, of any change in ownership, decimal interest, or payment address. As such changes shall be
effective the first day of the month following receipt of such notice.
Payor is authorized to withhold payment pending resolution of a title dispute or adverse claim asserted regarding the interest in
production claimed herein by the undersigned. The undersigned agrees to indemnify and reimburse Payor any amount attributable to
an interest to which the undersigned is not entitled.
Payor may accrue proceeds until the total amount equals Twenty-Five Dollars , or pay N/A whichever occurs first, or as
required by applicable state statute.
This Division Order does not amend any lease or operating agreement between the undersigned and the lessee or operator or any other
contracts for the purchase of oil or gas.
In addition to the terms and conditions of this Division Order, the undersigned and Payor may have certain statutory rights under the
laws of the state in which the property is located.

Hi Michael,
Attached is my corresponding copy of the 2006 DO. Notice the second page; often when these come to us they typically
don't provide a legal,which is the only way for us to connect them to our lease files, so we have to call the companies
and ask where the wells are. It appears in this case there was some sort of confusion and the wrong legal was
associated,which is why I wasn't finding anything yesterday. During this recent boom we've learned we can search well
names on the State website, but often times we still have to resort to contacting the company. I know you don't control
this, so this is just food for thought to pass on...legal descriptions would be really helpful on these when they come out.
Thanks again for providing the 2006 doc...l'll get our records corrected. The good news is we're one step closer to
rebuilding this puzzle!

Per our conversation yesterday regarding the Oil and Gas Lease covering the above lands, I have attached two (2) signed
Division Orders for the well (Pronghorn 34-22.) The first was sent in November of 2006 and the second in December of
2010.
I am working with accounting to determine what we have paid you and when we paid you. I am also working with
Operations to get our monthly production logs ready to send to you.
Please allow for me to gather all of this information and hopefully I can send it out very soon.
