RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD CONCERNING MINOR RESUBDIVISION, RS #1072, FOR
VACATION OF CERTAIN ROADS, STREETS, OR ALLEYS (MUSTANG AVENUE)
WITHIN GREEN ACRES SUBDIVISION - DENNIE HOFF / RONALD AND SALLY
HARMS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,the Board has been presented with a request from Dennie Hoff,2727 Arabian
Avenue, Brighton, Colorado 80603, and Ronald and Sally Harms, 17486 Weld County Road 8,
Brighton, Colorado 80603,for Minor Resubdivision, RS#1072,for vacation of Mustang Avenue in
Green Acres Subdivision; being part of the N1/2 of Section 24,Township 1 North, Range 66 West
of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 29th day of December, 2004, at
which time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to January 19,2005 at9:00 a.m.,
then to January 18, 2006, at 9:00 a.m., to allow time for the results of a pending Court case to be
known;then to March 20,2006, at 9:00 a.m.,to allow time for the new property owners to reach an
agreement, and
WHEREAS,at said hearing the 20th of March,2006,the Board deemed it advisable to again
continue this matter to June 5, 2006, at 9:00 a.m., to allow time for the applicant to reach an
agreement with the new adjacent property owners.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County,Colorado,that Minor Resubdivision, RS#1072,for Vacation of Certain Roads,Streets,or
Alleys(Mustang Avenue)within Green Acres Subdivision be, and hereby is, continued to June 5,
2006, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded,adopted by
the following vote on the 20th day of March, A.D., 2006.
