Dear Chris:
Enclosed please find a completed application packet for the Resubdivision for Redesign, Addition,
Vacation or Final Plat Application filed on behalf of Charles and Phyllis Nelson and Gary Wiedeman.
The applicants seek to replat a portion of Hill-n-Park Subdivision.
The Nelson's respectfully request that the Department of Planning Services allow an early release of
the building permit for Mr. and Mrs. Nelson. The Nelsons understand that any action they take is at
their own risk, as the County may not approve their application and require removal of the planned
improvements. Because the Nelsons have the consent of the joint applicant, and because the resulting
lots will not result in a greater need for services, they feel that the application will be approved and are
willing to accept that risk.
