RE: APPOINTMENT OF PHILIP VOEGTLE AND RALPH HICKS TO THE UNIFORM
BUILDING CODE BOARD OF APPEALS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , two vacancies currently exist on the Uniform
Building Code Board of Appeals , and
WHEREAS , it has been recommended that Philip Voegtle and
Ralph Hicks be appointed to said Board for terms to begin April
5, 1984 , and to expire December 31 , 1987 , and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners desires to
appoint Philip Voegtle and Ralph Hicks to the Uniform Building
Code Board of Appeals.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that Philip Voegtle and Ralph
Hicks be, and hereby are, appointed to the Uniform Building Code
Board of Appeals for terms to begin April 5 , 1984 , and to expire
December 31 , 1987 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 9th day
of April, A.D. , 1984.
