Sorry,
KS Enterprises is Kenneth Shannon and he is on the deed and is technically the one applying
for this BUT I know that Andy Silva with Excell Services is actually the one doing the leg work
and Kenneth is not forwarding on the mailings. So I would make Kenneth the applicant but
Andy the contact person if you can do that.

Ok, so is KS Enterprises II, LLC, actually the applicant, c/o Kenneth Shannon, or is the property deed in his
name? Also, should I just list Excell Services on the notification list, but not include them as part of the
application?
