Home My WebLink About800665.tiff RESOLUTION RE: DECLARE CERTAIN EQUIPMENT AS SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZATION TO SELL SAID EQUIPMENT AT THE ADAMS COUNTY AUCTION WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Weld County Engineer has informed the Board of County Commissioners that certain equipment is no longer needed for use in the road and bridge operations, and WHEREAS, a list of said equipment is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and WHEREAS, the Board desires to declare such equipment as surplus and to authorize the sale of said equipment at the Adams County Auction. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the equipment as itemized on the list which is attached hereto be, and hereby is , declared surplus. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners that the Weld County Engineer is hereby authorized to sell said equipment at the Adams County Auction.
