HomeMy WebLinkAbout820497.tiff RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 689 - EDWARD VON FELDT WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado on the 1st day of December, 1982 , considered the re- quest of Edward Von Feldt for an additional mobile home to be used as an accessory to farm use on the parcel of land, which is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District, more particularly described as follows: Part of the NW4, Section 1, T1N, R66W of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Edward Von Feldt for permission to place an additional mobile home to be used as an accessory to farm use on the above described parcel of land, which was found to be in compliance with the Weld County Zoning Ordinance, Section 43, be, and hereby is, granted with the condition that a septic permit shall be required before a mobile home building permit is issued. The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 1st day of December, A.D. , 1982.
