McPeek, Jr. , and I. Eileen McPeek request a subdivision exemption for a parcel of land . 643 acres, more or less, which they plan to purchase from the Elizabeth C. McPeek Trust. Elizabeth will be selling the entire 3.4 acres of her property, and Harvey and Eileen would like to add the parcel of . 643 acres on the south end to their adjoining land for the following reasons : (1 ) to square off their property as shown on the enclosed maps (2) to control the use of that parcel (3) to be able to transfer the Henrylyn irrigation water from from her 3.4 acres to their acreage (total amount of land must be the same in order to transfer the water) (4) to reduce the cost of her entire property for a faster sale The transferred parcel would remain in pasture grass and be com- patible with surrounding land use.
