This CONTRACT AMENDMENT,dated March 30, 2006,amends the contract
entered into on May 1't,2005,by and between the County of Weld,a political subdivision
of the State of Colorado,by and through the Board of County Commissioners of the
County of Weld,whose address is 915 10th Street,Greeley, Colorado 80631,hereinafter
referred to as County,and Porter Industries,Inc.,whose address is 5202 Granite Street,
Loveland, CO 80538,hereinafter referred to as Porter Industries,Inc.
PRICE ADJUSTMENT:
Upon the acceptance of this contract by the County,the following price adjustment will
begin on May 1•t, 2006 for the custodial services presently provided by Porter Industries,
Inc.
All terms and condition with the exception of price will remain unchanged.
These prices will remain in effect until April 30, 2007.
