The Department of Planning Services staff is requesting that the Board review the individual cases and determine whether or not to authorize legal action to remedy the violations. Weld County Building Violation Cases: VI-0500047, Jorge and Blanca Benitez Chapter 29,Article VIII, Section 29-8-40 All necessary inspections shall be completed and the permit for the detached garage shall have final approval.
