Section 9: SE/4 Weld County, Colorado Dear Ms. Martin: Kerr-McGee Rocky Mountain LLC, formerly Kerr-McGee Rocky Mountain Corporation, is the owner of valid oil and gas leases underlying all or part of Section 9, Township 2 North, Range 67 West, for which Kauffman Land & Development LLC, is seeking approval. KMRM and Kauffman Land & Development LLC have been negotiating a Surface Use Agreement, the terms of which will govern the parties' simultaneous use of the subject property.
