RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT #450 OF BRUCE E. AND SUSIE E.
FORD FOR A PRINCIPAL DWELLING IN A-AGRICULTURAL ZONE
DISTRICT ON A PARCEL OF LAND DESCRIBED AS PART OF
SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 5 NORTH, RANGE 64 WEST OF THE 6TH
P.M. , WELD COUNTY, COLORADO.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County
Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering
the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Bruce E. and Susie S. Ford have applied to the
Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, for a
permit to place a mobile home on the following described real
estate, as a principal dwelling, and which is to be occupied
in an A-Agricultural Zone District, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, on the 1st day of July, 1981, considered the request
of Bruce E. and Susie E. Ford for a mobile home as a principal
dwelling on a parcel of land particularly described as follows:
Part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 13 ,
Township 5 North, Range 64 West of the 6th
P.M. , Weld County, Colorado.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, having heard the applicants, finds that said request
should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of
Bruce E. and Susie E. Ford for permission to place a mobile
home as a principal dwelling on the abovedescribed parcel of
land be, and hereby is, granted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 1st
day of July, A.D. , 1981.

COMMENTS:
The old house was on blocks and in the process of being removed. The property is located
west of the Crow Creek flood plain 0645A. I have had several calls on this case, but there
were no objections. Most of the forty acres is in pasture. It is well fenced and the
appearance of the property is improving. The Ford's are expecting and need more room.
The Department of Planning Service's staff recommends approval on this request.
