Dear Mineral Owners / Leasehold Owners:
The owner of the described property, William Cessna, has submitted a Change
of Zone application to Weld County for review. The application was submitted to
change the zone of the property from Agricultural (A) to Estate (E) with the intent
of subdividing the parcel to create nine (9) residential building sites.
You are being notified because an independent search of Weld County property
tax records indicates that you may have a mineral or mineral leasehold interest in
this property. According to Weld County criteria and Colorado State Statutes, we
are required to notify you of any changes to the status of this property which
could affect your ownership rights.
A public hearing will be held by the Weld County Planning Commission on
Tuesday, August 2, 2005 at 1:30 P.M. to discuss this proposed Change of Zone.
The meeting will be held at the Weld County Planning Services office at 918 10th
Street in Greeley, Colorado.

Waiver of Notice Requirement
The Mineral / Leasehold Owner acknowledges that he has received
adequate notice of the Public Hearing for Mountain View Estates to be held at
the Weld County Planning Services office on August 2, 2005 at 1:30 P.M. The
Mineral I Leasehold Owner waives only the 30 day notification requirement and
acknowledges that all other interest, rights and ability to comment at the public
hearing will remain intact.
