RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD CONCERNING APPEAL OF STORMWATER DRAINAGE
FEE - ROBERT REICHERT
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,On March 27, 2006, in accordance with Chapter 5, Article VIII, of the Weld
County Code, a Stormwater Drainage Fee of $1,200.00 was assessed in conjunction with
Certificate of Occupancy Permit CCN-060027, and
WHEREAS,on March 29,2006,the Department of Planning Services received notification
of an appeal of the Stormwater Drainage Fee from property owner Robert Reichert, 44811 Weld
County Road 33, Pierce, Colorado 80650, pursuant to Section 2-24-10 of the Weld County Code,
and
WHEREAS,on the 17th day of April, 2006, a public hearing was held before the Board of
County Commissioners for the purpose of hearing testimony relating to said appeal, and
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners deemed it advisable to continue this
matter to May 17, 2006, at 9:00 a.m.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado,that appeal of the Stormwater Drainage Fee for Robert Reichert be,and hereby
is, continued to May 17, 2006, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 17th day of April, A.D., 2006.
