RE: RESCIND RESOLUTION APPOINTING JAMES L. KOMANICH AS DIRECTOR
OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING SERVICES DATED FEBRUARY 2 ,
1981 AND APPOINT JAMES L. KOMANICH AS CHIEF BUILDING INSPECTOR
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners adopted a Reso-
lution on February 2, 1981, appointing James L. Komanich as
Director of the Department of Planning Services, and
WHEREAS, the Board now deems it advisable to rescind said
Resolution, effective April 23, 1982, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has determined
that it is in the best interest of Weld County to appoint James
L. Komanich as Chief Building Inspector, effective April 23, 1982 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Resolution appoint-
ing James L. Komanich as Director of the Department of Planning
Services, dated February 2, 1981, be, and hereby is, rescinded.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that James L. Komanich
be, and hereby is, appointed as Chief Building Inspector.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that said appointment
shall be effective April 23, 1982 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 3rd day of
May, A. D. , 1982 , nunc pro tunc April 23, 1982.
