Subject: Legal Action Authorization
The Department of Building Inspection has scheduled the following violations to be considered at the September
12,2006, hearing beginning at 10:00 a.m. The Department of Building Inspection is requesting that the Board
review the individual cases and determine whether or not to authorize legal action to remedy the violations.
