RE: RE-APPOINTMENT OF BERNA RUIBAL AND APPOINTMENT OF JANE M.
SMITH TO LIBRARY BOARD.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, two vacancies currently exist on the Library Board,
and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Berna Ruibal be re-
appointed to said Board for a 3-year term to expire on May 1,
1983, and
WHEREAS, it has further been recommended that Jane M. Smith
be appointed to said Board to replace Ernest M. Ross for a 3-year
term to expire on May 1, 1983 , and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to accept the herein-
above recommendations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that Berna Ruibal be, and
hereby is, appointed to the Library Board for a 3-year term to
expire on May 1 , 1983, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners
that Jane M. Smith be, and hereby is appointed to the Library
Board for a 3-year term to expire on May 1, 1983.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 30th day of
April, A.D. , 1980.
