RE: SALARIES OF WELD COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
WHEREAS, Section 13-8(1) of the Weld County Home Rule
Charter states that the Weld County Council shall set the Salaries
of all elected officials, and furthermore, in the case of County
Commissioners , the Charter provides for a delay in the effective
date of said salary increases so as to provide for equal compensation
for all commissioners at all times; and

WHEREAS, the Weld County Council has, by a unanimous vote,
agreed that the salaries of the Weld County Commissioners should be
increased for the years 1985 and 1986; and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that all Weld County Commissioners
Shall-bepaid $2$,OOO'.OO-for the years 1985 and 1986, with said
salary to take effect on the first working day of 1985.

The above and foregoing Resolution was ,on Motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 4th
day of March , 1982.
