AND JANICE WEIR WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado on the 18th day of August, 1982, considered the request of Leslie J. and Janice Weir for a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling on the parcel of land, which is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District, more particularly described as follows : Lot 1, Block 27 , Aristocrat Ranchettes WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted.
