Groundwater has been measured at 7 feet or less—Septic tanks are inappropriate. A danger to the environment with more pollution and health hazards. High water table keeps several lots from meeting State health requirements. New lawns would add fertilizer and pesticides to the water table that drains into Seeley Lake and foul the water. Endangering fishing, boating. water skiing. Increased traffic along Highway 392, increased hazards at crossings of County Roads. Significant amount of marshy areas which attract many species of wildlife, including nesting and migratory birds. Increased shortage of irrigation water for existing acreages and farm ground.\ Property values will decrease in value, while an increase in property taxes to cover roads and schools. Eaton school district is becoming more overcrowded each year, this would increase drastically with 24 more homes. There is not pre-planned irrigation systems for proposed acreages. Increase irrigation fees for existing acreages and farmers. Shortage of water for both indoor and outdoor use. Deep irrigation ditch to the west of property presents a danger for children, pets, wildlife, and should not be considered an open space.
