RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF PAT PERSICHINO,AS ACTING DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC
WORKS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists in the Director of Public Works position, and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to appoint Pat Persichino, as Acting Director of
Public Works, effective October 4, 2006.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County,Colorado,that Pat Persichino be,and hereby is,appointed Acting Director of Public Works,
effective October 4, 2006.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 4th day of October, A.D., 2006.
