RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF WENDY RICH-GOLDSCHMIDT TO JUVENILE
COMMUNITY REVIEW BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Juvenile Community Review Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Wendy Rich-Goldschmidt be appointed to said
board as the alternate representative, to replace Michael Guthrie, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Wendy Rich-Goldschmidt to said
board, with a term to expire November 1, 2006.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Wendy Rich-Goldschmidt be, and hereby is, appointed to the Juvenile
Community Review Board, with a term to expire November 1, 2006.
The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded,adopted by
the following vote on the 14th day of August, A.D., 2006.
