I received a forwarded copy of your e-mail agreeing to waive the 45-day scheduling deadline and requesting a
hearing on October 4, 2006. I appreciate your waiver of the deadline and have scheduled the hearing for October
4, 2006, at 10:00 a.m. The appropriate notice and paperwork will be sent via U.S. Mail in mid September. If there
are any questions, please let me know.
P.S. - Kim told me you are soon to be employeed with Flood and Peterson. Good luck with your new position, it's
been a pleasure working with you over the years :)

Kim,
I'm running into some scheduling conflicts:
-On 9/13 the Board leaves at noon and I already have one case there
-On 9/20 the Board leaves at noon and I already have two cases there
- On 9/27 Char will be gone so no USR's!
Would it be possible for you to contact the applicants on the three cases listed above and see if they
would be willing to provide a"waiver letter" beyond the 45 days? I could put them all on 10/04 (which is
only 3 days past the deadline).
Let me know.
