Original Ordinance 2 . One copy each of the Loan Agreement, Guaranty Agreement, Inducement Letter, Offer to Purchase, Security Agreement, Collateral Assignment of Rents, and the Deed of Trust. We ask that the first reading of the Ordinance be had at the regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners at 9: 00 a.m. on August 22 . I will be present for the first reading. Subsequent readings would then be on September 7 and 26 . Closing of this matter is scheduled for Tuesday, November 8 , 1983. It will be necessary for the Chairman of the Board of Commissioners and you to be present at the closing. Normally, the closing lasts about two hours. If there is any problem with our scheduled closing date, please let us know immediately. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding the enclosures or if you require additional information. Drawer J Fort Collins, CO 80522 303/482-1056 l Chairman of the Board and the County Attorney deem necessary or proper to accomplish the purposes of this Ordinance, the signatures of the Chairman of the Board and the County Clerk on the instruments to be conclusive evidence of such approval; provided, however, no alteration, change or addition shall be made which shall alter the maximum net effective interest rate, denomination, date , maturities, form, interest rates, registration privileges, manner of execution, places of payment or terms of prepayment of the Bonds or which shall increase the aggregate principal amount of the Bonds authorized by the Board of Commissioners or in any way give rise to a pecuniary liability of the County or a charge against its general credit or taxing powers with respect to the Bonds. 5 . 4 . Further Authority The Chairman of the Board and the County Clerk and other proper County officials, and each of them, are hereby authorized to execute and deliver for and on behalf of the County any and all additional certificates, documents and other papers and to perform all other acts they may deem necessary or appropriate in order to implement and carry out the matters herein authorized. 5 .5 . Repealer. All ordinances or parts thereof in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed. 5. 6 . Ordinance Irrepealable. After said bonds are issued this Ordinance shall be and remain irrepealable until said bonds and the interest thereon shall have been fully paid, satisfied and discharged. 5.7 . Recording and Authentication. This Ordinance, as adopted by the Board of Commissioners, shall be numbered and recorded, and the adoption and publication shall be authenticated by the signatures of the Chairman of the Board and County Clerk and by the certificate of the publisher, respectively.
