RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF PHILLIP TIFFANY TO THE REGIONAL
COMMUNICATIONS ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,a vacancy currently exists on the Regional Communications Advisory Board,
and
WHEREAS,it has been recommended that Phillip Tiffany be appointed to said board as the
Fire Zone A representative, to replace Wes Scott, and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to appoint Phillip Tiffany to said board,with a term
to expire December 31, 2006.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County,Colorado,that Phillip Tiffany be,and hereby is,appointed to the Regional Communications
Advisory Board, with a term to expire December 31, 2006.
The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 10th day of April, A.D., 2006.
