CORRECTED RESOLUTION
RE: GRANT CHANGE OF ZONE FROM A-AGRICULTURAL TO C-1 COMMERCIAL
FOR JACK W. ZIMBELMAN, 4999 STATE HIGHWAY 79, KEENESBURG,

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the

WHEREAS, on the 15th day of December, 1982, the Board of
County Commissioners heard the application of Jack W. Zimbelman, z
4999 State Highway 79 , Keenesburg, Colorado 80643, for Change of
Zone from A-Agricultural Zone District to C-1 Commercial Zone

WHEREAS, the Resolution of that date had an error in the

WHEREAS, the legal description should be corrected to read ;

visable to approve said correction.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the corrected legal
description as hereinabove listed be, and hereby, is approved.
