RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNINGRENEWALAPPLICATIONFORTAVERNLIQUOR
LICENSE FROM A AND G CONCEPTS, INC., DBA BEARS SPORTS SALOON
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,A and G Concepts, Inc., dba Bears Sports Saloon, presented to the Board of
County Commissioners of Weld County,Colorado,an application forthe renewal of a Tavern Liquor
License, for the sale of malt, vinous, and spiritous liquors, and
WHEREAS,a hearing before the Board was held on the 8th day of November, 2006, at
which time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to allow the establishment owner
and a representative from the Sheriffs Office to be present at the hearing, and
WHEREAS,the Board deemed it advisable to continue this matter to November 15, 2006,
at 9:00 a.m.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County,Colorado,that the renewal application for a Tavern Liquor License, presented byAand G
Concepts, Inc., dba Bears Sports Saloon, be, and hereby is, continued to November 15, 2006, at
9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 8th day of November, A.D., 2006.
