The department of Planning Services would like to request the following changes to the Staff comments.
On page 6 and 7 remove item 6.A and renumber accordingly
6. Prior to issuance of building permits:
A. A stormwater discharge permit may be required for a
development/redovelopment /construction sito whore a contiguous-or
non-contiguous land disturbance is greater than or equal to one acre in
area. The applicant shall inquire with tho Wator Quality Control Division
(WQCD) of the Colorado Department of Public Health and-Environment-at
www.cdphe.stato.co.us/wq/ Permits Unit if they aro roquired--te-ebtain a
stormwater discharge pormit. Alternately, the applicant can provide
evidence from WQCD that thoy are not subject to those requirements

On page 9 and 10 moved the last sentence from#23 and put it at the end of#24 with the
correction to spelling from patrols to patrons.
23. Adequate handwashing and toilet facilities shall be provided for employees and
patrons of the facility. The facility shall utilize portable toilets and self-contained
hand washing units for up to 6 months. In addition, signs shall be posted to
inform patrols of tho importance of handwashing-after petting—the—animals,

24. A handwash station, with soap and paper towels, shall be set-up in close
proximity to the Petting Zoo and shall be available for use by the public at all
times. In addition, signs shall be posted to inform patrols patrons of the
