Dear Greenlight Energy, and Weld County Commisioners:
I am another Colorado resident&enthusiastic birder. I would appreciate and commend your wise corporate and
governmental vision, shown by your voluntarily following the Department Of Wildlife's recommendations for the
Cedar Creek windfarm near the Pawnee National Grasslands. I care deeply about birds, especially rare falcons &
other raptors & migrants! Please consider not only the specific distance from bluffs with nest-sites, but the
placement-density&arrangement of the array of generators and their height, as well as their speed of rotation.
Adding night-time lights at the tip of each blade would also mitigate potential bird casualties.
Wind energy is a vital development, essential to America's future; but let's do it right, so we don't further decimate
the ever-more threatened migrant(&resident) bird species of our Americas.
Thank you so much.
