RE: APPOINTMENT OF MARK BERRETT TO THE EASTERN WELD PEST CON-
TROL DISTRICT ADVISORY BOARD.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, George Allard has requested that he be replaced
on the Eastern Weld Pest Control District Advisory Board for the
reason that he is no longer in the ranching business, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it advis-
able to appoint Mark Berrett to said Advisory Board to replace
George Allard, and
WHEREAS, the term of Mark Berrett shall expire September 30 ,
1983.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that Mark Berrett be, and
hereby is, appointed to the Eastern Weld Pest Control District
Advisory Board for a term to expire September 30, 1983 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 8th day of
December, A.D. , 1980.
