I RE: CORRECTED RESOLUTION DATED JUNE 3, 1981 REGARDING THE
SUBDIVISION EXEMPTION NO. 137 - LARRY E. LOESCH AND
JACQUELINE LOESCH
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County
O
Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering
o
the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
-o WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
o Colorado adopted a Resolution on June 3, 1981 granting the
request of Larry E. Loesch and Jacqueline Loesch, for
-{
Subdivision Exemption No. 137, an exemption from the definitions
of "subdivision" and "subdivided land" in Section 30-28-101 (10) ,
CRS 1973, as amended, and Section 2-1 of the Weld County
Subdivision Regulations, and
WHEREAS, the legal description in Subdivision Exemption
No. 137 was incorrectly stated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Larry E. Loesch
and Jacqueline Loesch are the owners of a certain parcel
of land located in part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 28 ,
Township 1 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County,
Colorado.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the
29th day of June, A.D. , 1981.
