This request is consistent with the comprehensive plan set up by Weld County Planning Service. The plan calls for the promotion and im- proving of rural living. It was necessary for us to build a different home, one that had all necessities on one level. I have chemical damage to my lungs and the forced-air heating system and stairs made living in the older home very difficult. Consequently, I must sell the above 3.62 acres to ease the financial burden of the new home. This request does not take any land out of agricultural production.
