RE: APPROVE SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED AND AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO SIGN -G AND M
RESOURCES, LLC
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on September 24, 2004, the Department of Planning Services staff approved
Amended Subdivision Exemption#741, for G and M Resources, c/o Gaylen and Mimi Miller, 731
Windflower Drive, Longmont, Colorado 80501, on the following described real estate, to-wit:
Part of the NE1/4 of Section2,Township 2 North;and
part of the SE1/4 of Section 35,Township 3 North, all
in Range 68 West of 6th P.M., Weld County,
Colorado
WHEREAS,pursuant to certain Conditions of Approval,the Board has been presented with
a Special Warranty Deed from the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board
of County Commissioners of Weld County, to G and M Resources, LLC, with further terms and
conditions being as stated in said Special Warranty Deed, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said Special Warranty
Deed, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the Special Warranty Deed from the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by
and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,to G and M Resources, LLC, be,
and hereby is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chair be, and hereby is, authorized to
sign said Special Warranty Deed.

WITNESSETH, That the grantor, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and
sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold and conveyed, and by
these presents does grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm, unto the grantee, its heirs and assigns
forever, all the real property, together with improvements, in any, statute, lying and being in the
