RE: APPROVE MARCH 7 , 1984 , AS HEARING DATE FOR CHANGE OF ZONE
REQUESTED BY JESSE L. YARBROUGH
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , on February 15 , 1984 , a hearing was scheduled to
consider the request of Jesse L. Yarbrough for a Change of Zone
from "A" (Agricultural Zone District) to "I-3" (Industrial Three
Zone District) on a parcel of land described as Part of the SEa,
Section 31 , Township 1 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld
County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , at said hearing neither Mr. Yarbrough nor his rep-
resentative was present, and
WHEREAS , the Board deemed it advisable to continue this
matter to a date when Mr. Yarbrough, or his representative, could
be present, and
WHEREAS , the Board did receive a letter from Norma Lanning,
representing Jesse L. Yarbrough, requesting that this matter be
heard by the Board of County Commissioners on March 7 , 1984 , and
WHEREAS , the Board deems it appropriate to grant said request
to hear this matter on March 7 , 1984 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Jesse L.
Yarbrough for a Change of Zone shall be heard on March 7 , 1984 ,
at the hour of 2 : 00 o 'clock p.m.

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 22nd day of
February, A.D. , 1984 .
