RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Board of Adjustment, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Eric Whitwood be reappointed to said board as
the Commissioner District 1 regular member; and that Chad Auer be reappointed to said board as
the Commissioner District 2 regular member; and that Bruce Fitzgerald be reappointed to said
board as the Commissioner District 3 regular member; and that Anita Owens be reappointed to
said board as regular at-large member; and that Mary O'Neal be reappointed to said board as
regular at-large member; and that Tony Evans be reappointed to said board as associate member;
and that Bryant Gimlin be reassigned and reappointed as associate member; and that William
Hansen be reappointed as associate member, and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Eric Whitwood and William Hansen
to said board, with terms commencing December 31, 2005, to expire July 31, 2008; to reappoint
Chad Auer, Bruce Fitzgerald, and Tony Evans to said board with terms to expire July 31, 2007; to
reappoint Anita Owens and Mary O'Neal with terms to expire December 31, 2006; and to reassign
and reappoint Bryant Gimlin with a term to expire July 31, 2009.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado,that Eric Whitwood and William Hansen be, and hereby are, reappointed to said
board, with terms commencing December 31, 2005, to expire July 31, 2008; and that Chad Auer,
Bruce Fitzgerald, and Tony Evans be, and hereby are, reappointed to said board with terms to
expire July 31, 2007; and that Anita Owens and Mary O'Neal be, and hereby are, reappointed with
terms to expire July 31, 2006; and that Bryant Gimlin be, and hereby is, reassigned and
reappointed with a term to expire July 31, 2009.
