RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVE RELEASE OF WEED CONTROL ENFORCEMENT LIEN - VERA
GLENDENNING
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,by Resolution on November 16,2005,the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, approved the Certification of a Weed Enforcement Lien against Vera
Glendenning, and
WHEREAS,on January 5,2006,the above described resolution was recorded with the Weld
County Clerk and Recorder at Reception No. 3352743, constituting a lien against said properties
described as Parcel#147109000009, and #147109000054, Section 9,Township 1 North, Range
66 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,the owner(s) of said properties paid the entire amount of said lien on March 10,
2006, and
WHEREAS,after review,the Board deems it advisable to release the above mentioned lien.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the above referenced Weed Control Enforcement Lien against Vera
Glendenning be, and hereby is, declared to be satisfied in full and hereby released from said
property.
The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded,adopted by
the following vote on the 17th day of April, A.D., 2006.

The landowners listed below have paid their taxes in 2005/2006 which included the weed control enforcement bills
that were placed as a lien on their properties. The lien on each property must be officially released by the Board of
County Commissioners.
