RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME REQUEST OF LESTER STROH FOR A THIRD MOBILE HOME AS AN ACCESSORY USE ON AN AGRICULTURAL UNIT. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, Lester Stroh has applied to the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado for a permit to place a third mobile home on the following described real estate as an accessory use on an agricultural unit and which is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, on the 6th day of May, 1981, considered the request of Lester Stroh for a third mobile home as an accessory use on a parcel of land more parti- cularly described as follows: The West Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 35, Township 5 North, Range 64 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the applicant, as well as the recommendations of the Weld County Department of Planning Services, finds that said request should be granted provided the applicant obtains a septic permit or obtains approval of the existing septic system from the Weld County Health Department prior to the issuance of a building per- mit for said mobile home. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Lester Stroh for permission to place a third mobile home as an accessory use on an agricultural unit be, and hereby is, granted provided the applicant obtains a septic permit or approval of the existing septic system from the Weld County Health Department prior to the issuance of a building permit for said mobile home.
