WHEREAS,the Board of County Comrnlasioner5 of Weld County,Colorado.pursuant to
Colio statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, Is the affairs of Weld County.Colorado.and
administering vested with the authority of
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County.State of Colorado,at a
duly and lawfully called regular meeting held on the 19th day of July,2006,atwhich meeting there
were present the following members: Chair M.J.Grille,and Commissioners William H. Jerks,
Robert D. Minden, and Glenn Wad.with Commissioner David E. Long being excused,and
WHEREAS,notIoeof such meeting end an opportunity to be present has been given to the
