RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING CHANGE OF ZONE, CZ #1104, FROM THE
R-1 (LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL) ZONE DISTRICT TO THE A (AGRICULTURAL)
ZONE DISTRICT- JAY AND SHERRIE WOODS
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on the 1st day of
February, 2006,at the hour of 10:00 a.m. in the Chambers of the Board for the purpose of hearing
the application of Jay Sherrie Woods,2040 Fairway Lane,Greeley,Colorado 80634,for Change
of Zone,CZ#1104,from the R-1 (Low Density Residential)Zone District to the A(Agricultural)Zone
District on the following described real estate, to-wit:
Part of the SW1/4 SE1/4 of Section 36, Township 6
North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M.,Weld County,
Colorado
WHEREAS,at said hearing the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to allow
Planning Services staff additional time to post a notification sign on the subject site, and
WHEREAS, the Board heard all of the testimony and statements of those present and
reviewed the request of the applicant and, having been fully informed, finds that this request be
approved and the matter should be continued to February 15, 2006, at 10:00 a.m.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to February 15,
2006, at 10:00 a.m.
