Project Description: Weld County Public Works Operations Division is scheduled to replace two
additional bridges (2141A & 22/35A) that were not included in the previous requests. Environmental
clearances are required before construction begins.
Scope of Services: See attached Scopes of Work

Proposal for Professional Services
Dear Mr. Howard:
Felsburg Holt& Ullevig is pleased to submit this proposal as part of our on-call services contract
with Weld County. This task-order involves Darcy Tiglas to provide you biological work for two
county bridges. The effort will primarily involve Darcy's efforts, but we have also incorporated a
small amount of time to administer the task order.
The following budget is proposed:
• FHU Effort—4 hours for a principal, $153.50/hour: $614
• Tiglas Effort—See attached proposal from Darcy Tiglas: $11,000
From this, we have established a total of budget of$11,614 to complete the effort per Darcy's
attached scope of work. Should other services be required not anticipated at this point, we will
submit a separate proposal for the additional work.
If the scope and budget presented here (and in the attachment) is acceptable to you, please sign
below and return one copy to serve as a letter of agreement for this task order. If you have any
questions, please feel free to call. Also, feel free to call Darcy directly if needed. /

Dear Mr. Fasching:
This letter serves as a proposal for biological field work at two bridges in Weld County. Tasks include
wetland delineations, Preble's meadow jumping mouse habitat evaluations, Ute ladies'-tresses habitat
evaluations, and 404-wetland permitting application preparation. I understand that the scope of work for
each bridge is as follows:
Bridge 2/41A
• Wetland Delineation-$1500
• ZAPR Habitat Evaluation-$1500
• SPDI Habitat Evaluation-$1500
• 404-Wetland Permit-$1000
Bridge 22/35A
• Wetland Delineation- $1500

The cost estimates include the tasks outlined above and drafting, review, and other direct costs associated
