RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 766 - JAMES BARCLAY, JR.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado on the 3rd day of August, 1983 , considered the request
of James Barclay, Jr. to place a mobile home to be used as a
principal dwelling and to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone
District, on a parcel of land more particularly described as
follows:
Lot 2 , Block 55 , Aristocrat Ranchettes ,
Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners , having heard
the testimony, finds that said request should be granted sub-
ject to the following conditions:
1 . Prior to the issuance of a building permit:
a) The second mobile home (35 feet in length)
on Lot 2 , Block 55 , shall have a Zoning
Permit for Temporary Storage filed; or
b) The second mobile home shall be relocated
to one of the Barclay' s vacant lots in
Aristocrat (e.g. Lot 6 , Block 20) and
have a Zoning Permit for a Mobile Home
as a Principal Dwelling filed.
2 . A building permit shall be applied for on the
first mobile home within thirty (30) days from
the date of approval by the Board of County
Commissioners.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of James
Barclay, Jr. to place a mobile home to be used as a principal
dwelling on the above described parcel of land, which was found
to be in compliance with the Weld County Zoning Ordinance, Sec-
tion 43 , be, and hereby is , granted subject to the conditions
as above listed.

The Department of Planning Services staff has reviewed this request and recommends that
the request be approved for the reasons:

Adversely affect the immediate area .

COMMENTS:
The Department of Planning Services has not received any objections to this application.
Staff recommendation for approval is conditional upon the following action prior to
the issuance of a building permit:
1. The second mobile home (35 feet in length) on Lot 2, Block 55,
shall have a Zoning Permit for Temporary Storage filed; or
2. The second mobile home shall be relocated to one of the Barclay's
vacant lots in Aristocrat (e.g. Lot 6, Block 20) and have a Zoning
Permit for a Mobile Home as a Principal Dwelling filed.
A Building Permit shall be applied for on the first mobile home within thirty (30)

This is a l'equest to locate a mobile home cn property
situate in Aristocrat Ranchettes, a subdivision of Weld
County, in the state of Colorado. The parcel of ground
to be used for the placement of the mobile home is described
as Lot 2, Block 55 of the aforementioned subdivision. There
has been a mobile home on the property for some time, used
for storage of furniture, which is used in rental proper-
ties. This has been to the dissatisfaction of your depart-
ment. I would like to comply with the wishes and requests
of The Department of Planning Services and am, at this
time, financially able to do so. This mobile home shall be
used as a residential dwelling and shall be placed on the
said property in an apropriate manner and as prescribed
by your department.
