WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado on the 3rd day of August, 1983 , considered the request of James Barclay, Jr. to place a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling and to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District, on a parcel of land more particularly described as follows: Lot 2 , Block 55 , Aristocrat Ranchettes , Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners , having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted sub- ject to the following conditions: 1 . Prior to the issuance of a building permit: a) The second mobile home (35 feet in length) on Lot 2 , Block 55 , shall have a Zoning Permit for Temporary Storage filed; or b) The second mobile home shall be relocated to one of the Barclay' s vacant lots in Aristocrat (e.g. Lot 6 , Block 20) and have a Zoning Permit for a Mobile Home as a Principal Dwelling filed. 2 . A building permit shall be applied for on the first mobile home within thirty (30) days from the date of approval by the Board of County Commissioners.
