She thinks the typical way this happens is that we would send her a letter with any documentation as to why we need to work at night, and then she will schedule the request before the BOCC - so it could take a month or so for the whole process. I asked her to check with Kim Ogle to find out whether this has actually been done before, and he won't be back in until next week. Have you seen the BOCC approve night work before? I will call you next week after I talk with Michelle/Kim and then we can finally finalize (!) the Resolution. So we couldn't dedicate any right-of-way there even if we wanted to!
