RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,vacancies currently exist on the Board of Adjustment, and
WHEREAS,it has been recommended that Anita Owens be reappointed to said board as
an at-large regular member,and that Tony Evans be reassigned to said board as an at-large regular
member, to replace Mary O'Neal, and
WHEREAS,it has been recommended that Thomas Honn be appointed to said board as an
associate member, to replace Tony Evans, and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to appoint Thomas Honn to said board, with a
term to expire July 31, 2009, to reassign Tony Evans to said board, with a term to expire July 31,
2007, and to reappoint Anita Owens to said board, with a term to expire July 31, 2009.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Thomas Honn be, and hereby is, appointed, with a term to expire July 31,
2009; that Tony Evans be, and hereby is, reassigned,with a term to expire July 31, 2007; and that
Anita Owens be, and hereby is, reappointed, with a term to expire July 31, 2009.
The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded,adopted by
the following vote on the 27th day of December, A.D., 2006.
