This letter is in response to your request to add a 40' x 74' steel structure to the south side of the
gymnasium and the Kersey Community Church. From the information you submitted Planning Staff has
determined that this is not a substantial change to Use by Special Review Permit 1099. An amendment to
the USR would not be required at this time.
Please contact the Weld County Building Inspection Department to obtain the appropriate building
permits.
